Our BBO Express games are designed to be fast paced, with a focus on keeping the game moving quickly. In these games, if a board is not completed within the allotted time, the system automatically assigns a result if enough of the hand has been played. Players who are consistently slow are automatically replaced to ensure the pace of the game remains reasonable.
How to Report Issues:
If you believe a player is behaving unfairly, intentionally stalling, or being otherwise disruptive, you can report it directly through the BBO interface:
- Open the History panel and select the relevant hand.
- Click the three-line icon ("hamburger menu") on the hand diagram at the bottom.
- Choose Export Deal → Report Abuse.
- Add a short explanation in the comment box to clarify the issue.
Alternatively, you can email us at support@bridgebase.com, including details of the incident (player name, board number, and a brief description of the issue).
All reports are reviewed by our team, and we take appropriate action against players who consistently disrupt the game experience for others.
