We have an auto-removal feature that automatically removes “Idle” players, that is, players who have not performed an action (i.e, bid or play) or typed a chat for more than 1 minute.
To avoid being disconnected while waiting for a game to start or a friend to log in, simply click on any empty space on your display every so often.
When a player leaves or is disconnected during a game, the system sits a new player in the empty seat (if there are players available). Players who fills empty seats are called 'Substitutes'.
When a player leaves during the play of a hand the system sits a 'Virtual Partner' as substitute to occupy the empty seat.
If the vacated seat were to be promptly occupied by a new player, he/she would have no idea of what was going on/ what cards had been played/ requesting a re-deal - disrupting the game.
So, when someone leaves a table, a 'Virtual Partner' replaces them only for the duration of the hand in progress.
Keep in mind, if you are playing with the App, avoid opening any other window/s for eg. your 'Emails' / YouTube / Facebook as this action will cause the app to close, resulting in a disconnection on your end.
Livestreaming while playing can also cause players to be disconnected or removed from a table.
