If for some reason you don't remember your password, you can recover it by accessing https://www.bridgebase.com/v3/ and click the link: Forgot your password?
You will need to complete your BBO username or the Email address linked to your account to get a new password.
Please check both SPAM and Junk folders of your email and look for one with subject "Bridge Base Online - Password Recovery", then follow the instructions.
In case you are doing this in your iPhone/iPad and you only see the option USERNAME when you try to recover your password, please update your BBO app.
To do this, please do the following:
1. Swish close ALL open apps on your device
2. Go to the App Store, search Bridge Base Online - it should appear with a cloud and a down arrow - select the down arrow to re-download and install.
Once you are logged in with this password, please note that you can change it to the desired one via Account > Profile.
