Online masterpoints do count, but how they are applied depends on the specific race:
Helen Shanbrom Ace of Clubs
- Only face-to-face club points count toward this race
- Online games and STaCs (Sectional Tournaments at Clubs) do not count
- This race recognizes success at in-person, local clubs
Virtual Ace of Clubs
- Introduced in 2023 as the online equivalent of the Ace of Clubs
- Includes points earned in online club games, like ACBL e-Club and ACBL Clubhouse
- Excludes “colorless” online points — such as those earned in ACBL World games
Mini-McKenney
- Includes all masterpoints earned during the calendar year, based on your starting point total
- Includes points from e-Clubs and Clubhouse games
- Excludes colorless points, such as those earned in ACBL World
