There are several ways to report issues, depending on the situation:
Complaint Against a Player
Use the “Report Abuse” button at the bottom of the player’s profile (currently under maintenance)
OR
Email abuse@bridgebase.com with the player’s username and a description of the issue
Complaint Against a Tournament Director

In an ACBL-sanctioned game:
Email acbl@bridgebase.com with the tournament number and a brief description of what happened -
In a non-ACBL game:
Email tournaments@bridgebase.com with the tournament number and a brief description of what happened
Suspicious Play in a Tournament or a Team Match
If you notice something unusual or potentially unethical during a game:
- Privately message the Director, or
- Use the TD call function to report the issue discreetly
- Be specific — mention the board number and the action (e.g., “3♣ bid on Board 7” or “lead on Board 4”)
- You can also report the hand using the Report Abuse feature (see instructions below)
Please do not raise your concerns at the table — the Director will handle the matter and escalate it through the proper channels if necessary.
Suspicious or Disruptive Behavior in automated tournaments and casual Games
Use the in-game Report Abuse function:
- Go to your History panel and select the hand
- Click the three-line icon (“hamburger”) at the bottom of the hand diagram
- Choose Export Deal → Report Abuse
- Add a comment explaining the issue (e.g., slow play, strange bidding, disruptive behavior)
Strange Robot (Virtual Partner) Bidding, Explanation, or Play
Use the Send Robot Report feature:
- Go to your History panel and select the hand
- Click the three-line icon (“hamburger”) at the bottom of the hand diagram
- Choose Export Deal → Send Robot Report
- Add a comment explaining what seemed incorrect about the robot’s bid or explanation
